IRG|Wi-Fi Product Specifications

IRG|WiFi is designed for companies who wish to enable always-on, complimentary or pay-to-play authentication, Wi-Fi access for their patrons. The key attribute of IRG|Wi-Fi is flexibility. The service is designed to let the Retailer choose every aspect of the offering. Each attribute of the service, from the network, to the AP, to the Login Screen(s) and Management, is interchangeable.

Requirements:

  Broadband Connection

Online WiFi management portal gives clients the ability to view all of their APs to view real time: status, active portal(s), current sessions, firmware, policies, remote reboot, and more!

An add-on service to the HotSpot portal, TruManage Lite enables real-time up/down notification of the AP related to either a static IP, SNMP, or IPSec

  TruManage 24x7 Complete HotSpot Management
Building on the HotSpot Portal and TruManage Lite, 24x7 Complete also includes access to our round-the-clock, US-based Network Operation Centers for client support.
