IRG Donates Broadband Services to Insurance Claims Centers in Hoover, Alabama, and Joplin, Missouri

The company is working with local agents in each city to enable them to process claims quicker and help residents and businesses recover quickly.

Industry Retail Group, Inc. (IRG), a leading provider of retail-centric, broadband-based applications and services, announced its donation of broadband services to insurance claims centers in both Hoover, Alabama, and Joplin, Missouri in the wake of recent tornadoes that destroyed parts of both cities.

A large, national insurance company had recently set up an emergency office in Hoover, Alabama to help with disaster claims over the next four months. IRG recently provided, at no cost to the insurance office, setup of dedicated broadband, 3G back up, all required hardware, proactive management, professional services and support.

Joe Manzari, COO of IRG, said, "Our hearts go out to the many residents and businesses of both these areas. Not long after we finished setting up our services in a local insurance claim center in Hoover, Alabama, disaster struck in Joplin, Missouri as well. We feel a responsibility to be good corporate citizens and do our part to help the people and businesses in both cities get back on their feet.
