TruManage MNS (Managed Network Services)

TruManage MNS is IRG's flagship offering, and was designed to uniquely re-define how Managed Network Services are developed, implemented, and supported for the merchant customer. TruManage MNS is a robust portfolio of self-contained services, and is a part of the TruManage product class.

Built upon the IRG concept of Leveraging Broadband to improve associate efficiencies, increase brand awareness, drive sales, maximize security, and lower costs, without sacrificing scalability, TruManage MNS stands alone in the merchant marketplace as a dedicated resource and tool set, not shared with any other market.

Broadband is a commodity. Period. This has been advertised by IRG since our inception, and we're not shy about stating it. Our goal is to use broadband as a tool to help our clients meet their business requirements, so whether we package it with our service bundle, or the client brings their own, our service commitments do not change. Notwithstanding, broadband serves as the enabler to our MNS service bundle; approved for primary, secondary, and tertiary TruManage MNS access, and is available from any one of over 200 IRG-approved partners.

To make scalability a breeze, TruManage MNS' portfolio build upon itself, so customers can easily grow with the solution as their requirements evolve. In addition, clients can pick and choose the options that make most sense for their unique needs, no over-buying is required. In retail, the bottom line is everything, and IRG believes your Managed Services Provider should embrace this reality.

TruManage support procedures and commitments are documented in the IRG Rules of Engagement (ROE). Co-authored between IRG and the Customer prior to project kick-off, the ROE clearly defines roles/responsibilities, commitments, points of demarcation, and requirements related to the ongoing support of TruManage MNS. The approved ROE is published to the IRG Vault Web Portal for easy access by both parties, thereby creating an environment of accountability between the Customer and IRG.
